Custom work requires an upfront nonrefundable 50% deposit plus tax and the final balance is due when the items are received. During my process, your participation is required. I find that good communication can really improve the customer’s satisfaction with the final results. You will be required to approve the initial full color rendering, and the wet work image before the first firing. Expect approximately a 6 month wait from my receipt of the initial deposit, this may be more or less depending on the scale of the project. If you need something in a hurry, I am not the artist for you.
